Early Stage Venture Debt

OTRA provides bespoke debt solutions, with minimal dilution (if any), to early stage $1m+ revenue generating companies primarily in technology, emerging software, IoT, and tech enabled services. Our capital enables companies to extend the runway in order to reach important milestones prior to or between equity rounds to put them in a position to raise money on more favorable terms.

Specialty Finance

OTRA partners with smaller specialty finance companies and origination platforms specializing in off-the-run and esoteric assets. We provide customized credit facilities or purchase portfolio participation interests to facilitate partner portfolio growth and/or decrease partner credit concentration risk.

Special Situation Credit

OTRA engages short term compelling credit opportunities, introduced by trusted partners, where there is a unique situation that requires a time sensitive cash injection. Our flexible capital allows for creative structuring, quick decision making, and speed of execution to satisfy borrower’s financing needs.

Strategic Venture Capital

OTRA explores early stage equity investments in our existing credit portfolio companies when we see a longer term partnership opportunity beyond being just their short term debt provider. We seek scenarios where our capital and value add resources foster growth and align long term interests in a mutually beneficial partnership.

Macro Alternative Private Equity

OTRA pursues direct investment LP or small fund LP vehicles across the alternative private equity spectrum. We invest in assets, managed by quality operators, that are suitable opportunities for our political, economic, regulatory, socioeconomic, and demographic convictions.
